Although wet weather has 'put a dampener' on many activities over the past couple of weeks, Larkfleet Homes' Diamond Jubilee offer has lost none of its sparkle as it heads towards its final few days.
The company is honouring the Queen's Diamond Jubilee by offering homebuyers a generous £6,000 to add 'that personal touch' to their new Larkfleet property, provided they reserve the home during June. If they do, they will receive sixty £100 vouchers - one for every year of the Queen's reign - to spend in Larkfleet's Just For You centre.
The Just For You centre contains a range of 'extras' such as alternative taps, extra sockets, fireplaces, carpets, curtains and even conservatories.
The Diamond Jubilee offer is available at Larkfleet Homes (www.larkfleethomes.co.uk) sites at Parson's Prospect in Eye, Cambridgeshire; at Leighfield Park in Oakham; and at The Old Laundry and Abbeyfields developments in Bourne, Lincolnshire.
Between them, the sites provide a wide range of two, three, four and five bedroom properties.
