Planning permission has been granted for a new retirement development in Devizes. McCarthy & Stone, the UK's market leader in retirement living, has been given the go-ahead to build an attractive collection of 37 apartments exclusively for those aged 60 and over.
The one and two bedroom purpose-built private retirement properties will be ideally situated on Wharf Street, adjacent to the Kennet and Avon Canal, and a short walk from the town's shops and amenities.
