Ahead of Armed Forces Day, Saturday 30 June, Barratt is reinforcing its commitment to servicemen and woman by helping them move into their dream home in sought-after Bristol.
Those serving in the Army, Navy and RAF - as well as anyone who served in Afghanistan or Iraq - have the chance to receive thousands of pounds off the cost of a new home with Barratt.
And the popular home builder boasts a number of superb developments in Bristol, offering a range of beautifully designed homes.
Barratt sales director Andrea Pilgrim said, "We are so very proud of our armed forces and this is a fantastic opportunity for us to give something back to them.
"We are certain that there is something for every type of buyer here in Bristol."
Servicemen and women will receive a £1,000 discount for every £25,000 or part thereof on the cost of the property.
"This means that those buying a house at the value of £225,000 would save themselves £11,000."
The offer also applies to ex-Regular servicemen and women who have served for a minimum of six years and also to the surviving partners of military personnel who have died in service.
Current developments in the area include Fieldways in Paulton and The Meads in Frampton Cotterell. The Zone in Bristol city centre and Hanham Hall in Hanham are due to launch later this year.
Andrea continued, "We are thrilled to be able to support our brave servicemen and women in this way and I would urge anyone interested to get in touch to find out more."
