Site managers working for David Wilson Homes in the region have once again proved they are the best in the business, scooping another haul of awards for their quality workmanship.
They have won two awards locally in the Pride in the Job campaign organised by the construction standard setting body, the National House-Building Council (NHBC).
In this region successful site managers included Clyde Cocking for his work at The Meads in Frampton Cotterelll and Martin Wiltshire who is working at Kings Down at Bridgwater.
The record-breaking achievement comes after David Wilson Homes was recently awarded the maximum five star rating for customer satisfaction from the Home Builders Federation for a third consecutive year.
The Pride in the Job Awards are the most coveted in the industry and are awarded after the NHBC carries out a series of spot check site inspections to select the best-organised and best-quality housing developments.
More than 13,000 site managers throughout the UK were judged on every aspect of their job, including technical skill, quality workmanship, customer service and site safety.
Mark Clare, chief executive of Barratt Developments, the parent company of David Wilson Homes, said: "I'm delighted at this outstanding achievement.
"Site managers play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality new homes and this latest success shows that our construction teams continue to lead the industry.
"We have a track record of success in these awards going back over three decades, so our buyers should be reassured that their new homes are built by construction teams who prioritise high standards and best practice.
"It is because we have such confidence in the quality of our build that we remain the only housebuilder to provide a five-year warranty on the internal fixtures and fittings of our new homes at the time of purchase."
