Taylor Wimpey is offering
first time buyers a helping hand onto the property ladder at its
Manor Oaks development in
Tavistock.
The impressive Manor House on the site has been split into luxury apartments, with just five properties remaining.
Its two-bedroom first floor Willow apartment is priced at £129,995, and is offered under Taylor Wimpey's shared equity scheme Easystart.
The initiative enables buyers to own all of their home from the outset, but only pay 85 per cent of the value at the time of purchase, with only a five per cent deposit needed.
