People living in Essex, are being invited to a special garden party, being held at McCarthy & Stone's Later Living development Tythe Court this month, in celebration of summer 2012.
On 8th August between 1pm and 4pm, visitors will be able to take some time away from the TV to enjoy champagne and strawberries in the beautiful gardens at Tythe Court.
