The new initiative*, which is available to those buying selected apartments at the Benedict Court development in Newbury, and Crayshaw Court in Caversham, aims to sell the purchaser's existing home at a pre-agreed price within 12 weeks and covers many of the costs associated with the sale. If a realistic offer is made below the guaranteed selling price, McCarthy & Stone will simply make up the difference, enabling the sale to proceed.
