Larkfleet Homes is dedicated to helping first time buyers and its Ezy initiative includes schemes that can make all the difference in buying a first home.
Ezy-give
The Ezy-give scheme aims to help young people own their first home by allowing parents, family or friends to pay 20 per cent of the purchase price. Through the Ezy-give scheme, the homebuyers will have a smaller mortgage, a lower interest rate, and the relative or friend lending the money gets a 5 per cent return for 5 years after the purchase.
Ezy-share
Through the Ezy-share scheme you can own a new home but only pay 85 per cent of the initial cost. With Ezy-share, Larkfleet pays for 15 per cent of the property and you pay for 85 per cent upfront. You then have 5 years to pay Larkfleet for its 15 per cent. No interest is added to the amount during this period and the property is yours to sell within the 5 year payback period, in which case you receive 85 per cent of the prevailing market value.
The Ezy-share scheme offers a relatively simple way to get on the property ladder. It is ideal for first-time buyers and people who have found the right home but can't quite afford the total cost.
Ezy-money
Contracts, title deeds, searches, enquiries, offers, surveys, exchanging...the processes involved in buying a home can seem very complicated.
Larkfleet Homes offers the services of its own recommended financial advisors and solicitors to smooth the way for first-time buyers.
Larkfleet's recommended financial advisors and solicitors offer very competitive rates and are familiar with the properties on offer - enabling them to provide a fast and efficient service. Why not let Larkfleet's recommended financial advisors and solicitors talk you through the buying process and help make your first purchase as stress free as possible?
As part of the Ezy initiative, Larkfleet offers an Ezy-money scheme. If homebuyers use the services offered by its recommended financial advisors and one of its preferred solicitors to complete a property purchase, Larkfleet will help towards the costs of personalising the new home.
