George Wimpey has offered to reduce mortgage payments in the south midlands by as much as £600 a month for the next two years.

Anyone who reserves a new George Wimpey home in the region before November 30th 2007 is entitled to take advantage of the £600 a month offer.

Jason Colmer, sales and marketing director, said: "Moving can appear an expensive business, but we like to help our customers cut the cost and have the money to enjoy life in their new homes.

"By saving £600 a month for two years our homebuyers won't have to worry about the cost of new furnishings, paying solicitors' fees or removal bills."

There are currently eight new George Wimpey developments in the south midlands. These include Pages Priory II in Leighton Buzzard, Oxley Woods in Milton Keynes and The Quills II in Girton.

Pages Priory II, for example, comprises two, three and four-bedroom homes and two-bedroom apartments, with price starting from £160,995.
