First-time buyers in north-west Manchester are being given the chance to move into a new home for £99.
Paying a deposit of £99 enables a new home seeker to move into the River View development in Tonge Moor, Bolton.
Built by George Wimpey, the development comprises more than 50 homes, including two-bedroom apartments, one four-bedroom detached home and three and four-bedroom townhouses.
