Homebuyers are being offered the chance to settle into a brand new home in Newport in time for Christmas.

Those reserving at Coed Celynen on Saturday November 17 will get an additional treat from the Barratt Christmas tree as the five star developer hosts a special "It's a Gift" event at the development.

On Saturday November 17 Barratt will have its Christmas tree decked out with additional gifts for buyers - ranging from an apple iPad to a 3D TV.
