Two Taylor Wimpey Midlands site managers have picked up coveted prizes at a prestigious UK building industry awards ceremony for their work constructing new properties in Warwick and Northamptonshire.
Chris Gunn, site manager at the Grafton Gate development in Northamptonshire, and Julian Foster, of the Warwick Chase development in Warwick, were both winners of the Seal of Excellence at the National House-Building Council (NHBC) Pride in the Job Awards.
This latest success comes after the pair were awarded NHBC Quality Awards in recognition of their outstanding commitment to producing high-quality new homes in Warwick and properties in Northamptonshire.
Chris and Julian were among six Taylor Wimpey Midlands site managers to win NHBC Quality Awards this year. The other prize-winning site managers were Rob Dennant at the Lawley Farm collection of homes in Telford, Bob Flanagan at the Lavender Fields and Poppyfields developments of new homes in Evesham, Peter Cotsford at the Swallows Reach development in Coventry, and Andy Shaw at the Diglis Water selection of new properties in Worcester.

Seal of Excellence winners really are the cream of the crop when it comes to delivering outstanding new homes and maintaining the safest and most efficient building sites.
The recipients are whittled down from the year's Quality Award winners who, in turn, are selected from more than 18,000 NHBC-registered housebuilders running sites up and down the UK.
Each site manager undergoes a stringent selection process with independent judges visiting developments at key stages of construction to assess them on all aspects of house building.
