Taylor Wimpey is delighted to secure full planning permission from Falkirk Council for the provision of 13 new four and five bedroom homes for phase one of its development at Redding Wood in Falkirk.

The 4.9 acre site near Redding House allows Taylor Wimpey the opportunity to showcase its range of larger homes in a variety of styles and sizes. In addition, a Section 69 agreement between Taylor Wimpey and Falkirk Council has seen around £11,000 given to Falkirk Council towards active open space.

Set within a mature woodland setting Redding Wood will appeal to a wide range of buyers within the town of Falkirk. Garden rooms will be a feature for some of the new homes in order to maximise the picturesque location of this prestigious development.

Stephen Andrew, design and planning manager for Taylor Wimpey West Scotland adds: "Taylor Wimpey is delighted to confirm planning permission has been granted for our development of spacious four and five bedroom homes at Redding Wood in Falkirk.

"This is an important development for us, and offers us the first opportunity to build the larger range of family homes from our Scottish portfolio of national housetypes, so we're delighted to have the chance to make this a first for buyers in Falkirk in such a stunning location.

"It's hoped that work will begin on-site as soon as possible and we will engagewith local residents in the next week to advise them of our work schedule."
