A South Midlands housebuilder has commenced work on a new £20m development on a 13 acre site in Marston Green, Solihull.
Persimmon Homes South Midlands, is building 125 homes on the site, providing much-needed places to live for local people and families.
The housebuilder is delighted that work has now started on site after successfully securing planning permission earlier in the year as Richard Oldroyd, managing director at Persimmon Homes South Midlands, explained.
He said: "This new development is an integral part of our expansion programme and we are delighted to be able to bring new houses to the area.
"The development will provide a range of two, three and four bedroom homes, suitable as first-time buyer starter homes through to larger properties for growing families."
