There are only two properties still available with the FirstBuy scheme at Taylor Wimpey's Great Easthall development of new homes for sale in Sittingbourne, Kent.

First-time buyers have just two chances remaining to secure a brand new home for less at Taylor Wimpey's Great Easthall development of properties in Sittingbourne.

The three-bedroom 'Raglan' and 'Worleston' terraced houses in Sittingbourne are the final plots available with the Government-backed incentive, which enables qualifying customers to secure stylish new homes in Kent for 80% of their full price, including a 5% deposit as low as £7,850, subject to status.*

Jason Stokes, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: "FirstBuy eliminates the need for a hefty deposit and means aspiring Kent property owners can start reaping the rewards of low mortgage rates much sooner than they may have thought possible.

FirstBuy works through a joint loan of 20% from the Homes and Communities Agency and Taylor Wimpey, which is repayable at the end of the 25-year mortgage term or when the property is sold. To be eligible, purchasers must be first-time buyers and their total household earnings should be less than £60,000.

Under the scheme, the Plot 160 'Worleston' can be purchased by a qualifying first-time buyer for 80% of its £156,995 price - that's just £125,596, including a 5% deposit of just £7,850.

Alternatively, the Plot 161 'Raglan' is available for an 80% FirstBuy price of just £134,396 (full price £167,995), including a 5% deposit of only £8,400.
