A Christmas Bazaar has raised vital funds for The Rainbow Centre for Children.
Persimmon Homes Severn Valley held the event at its Petherton Dean development and raised over £300 through the sale of gifts and refreshments. The money will provide ten therapy sessions for children and their families affected by life threatening illness and bereavement.
Angela Emms, centre director for The Rainbow Centre for Children, said: "The Christmas Bazaar was a wonderful event and it was great to see so many people attend. We are so grateful to have the continued to support of Persimmon Homes and other local businesses to help us provide free and professional therapeutic support for children dealing with bereavement."
Nicola Reed, sales and marketing director for Persimmon Homes Severn Valley, said: "I would like to thank all those involved in organising the Christmas Bazaar. We had great fun raising funds for the centre, but our efforts don't stop here as we have a number of fundraising initiatives planned for the near future."
The Christmas Bazaar was held at Persimmon Homes Petherton Dean; a brand new development located on the southern outskirts of Bristol that offers a selection of three and four bedroom family homes.
