Eager house hunters in Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire will be able to secure a new home over the festive season as Persimmon Homes and Charles Church opens the doors at their developments for the first time over Christmas.

Charles Church sites at Jubilee Gardens in Wootton, Willow Chase at Leighton Buzzard, and Oakridge Park and Hepburn Chase in Milton Keynes will be open from Friday 28 December to Sunday 30 December to allow prospective purchasers to view the showhomes and discuss deals available with sales advisors.

Persimmon developments also opening on the same dates are Oakley Vale in Corby, Oakridge Park and Oxley Springs in Milton Keynes, The Steeples at Calvert, Persimmon Court in Leighton Buzzard and Berryfields in the village of Wootton.

Head of sales and marketing Claire Lambert said: "In previous years we haven't opened between Christmas and New Year, but feedback from customers has been that they would prefer to get out and about on these days, especially those who are seriously considering a house move in the Spring.

"We always like to respond to customer requests, so have decided to open up to allow house hunters the chance to view our showhomes.

"Many people will have a few extra days holiday available to them over the break, and what better way to spend them than planning your New Year new home?"

Expert sales advisors will be on hand at all developments to answer questions on the options available to tailor each new home to the individual buyer, as well as giving information about schemes such as FirstBuy for first time buyers, NewBuy mortgages which require just a five per cent deposit, and how part exchange can speed up the buying process for those with a house to sell.
