Taylor Wimpey's high-quality new homes for sale in Grantham and houses to buy in Bourne at Isaac's Place and Oak Springs offer a wealth of opportunity for Lincolnshire property-seekers to discover their perfect place for the New Year.

Big Ben has ushered in the New Year and it seems like everyone is off to the gym or searching for the perfect job. This year, instead of rehashing the same old resolutions, make a date with Taylor Wimpey to put a fresh start in a brand new property for sale in Lincolnshire at the top of your list - and make 2013 your best year yet!

January is the perfect time to start the search for your new home and Taylor Wimpey is offering a range of incentives at its Oak Springs and Isaac's Place developments of new homes in Lincolnshire to help buyers beat those post-Christmas blues and get on or move up the property ladder.

Under the popular Government-backed FirstBuy initiative, selected two and three-bedroom properties at both developments of properties to buy in Lincolnshire can be purchased by qualifying first-time buyers for 80% of their full price, including a 5% deposit, subject to status.

This means the stylish two-bedroom 'Cyan' apartment, for example, can be accessed under FirstBuy at Taylor Wimpey's Isaac's Place development of new build homes in Grantham for an 80% price of £63,996 (full price £79,995), including a deposit as low as £4,000.

Alternatively, the two-bedroom 'Penarth' starter home at Isaac's Place, priced from just £107,995, can be secured by a first-time buyer in search of houses for sale in Lincolnshire for a FirstBuy price of only £86,396, including a deposit as low as £5,400.

Janet Robinson, Regional Sales Manager for Taylor Wimpey, says: "When people make life-changing resolutions it is usually a concerted effort to go to the gym or a career change that is seen as the answer to the break from the old routine. But a new home can completely change your perspective and the New Year is the perfect time to make the move.

"People's wallets often feel the pinch at this time of year, so we have a range of incentives and schemes to help you make a fresh start in a new dream home, whatever your circumstances.

"Whether you're a first-time buyer struggling to save a big deposit, or need a bigger place for the family but can't sell your existing property, come and talk to our experienced team of sales advisors to see how we can help make buying a new home one resolution you don't break this year."

Two-bedroom terraced homes are priced from just £119,995 at Oak Springs with three-bedroom townhouses from just £149,995. Alternatively, there's a selection of two-bedroom starter homes currently available at Isaac's Place priced from just £107,995.

FirstBuy works through a joint loan of 20% from the Homes and Communities Agency and Taylor Wimpey, which is repayable at the end of the 25-year mortgage term or when the property is sold. To be eligible, purchasers must be first-time buyers and their total household earnings should be less than £60,000.
