A pair of upmarket apartment blocks is being built in Bolton and housebuilder Redrow believes they will appeal to first-time buyers, young professionals and new families.
The development, called Duo, is located off Chorley New Road in Horwich, close to Reebok Stadium, which is home to Bolton Wanderers Football Club.
Each tower consists of 21 two-bedroom homes, all of which are kitted out with audio door system entry, fully-fitted kitchens and integrated appliances.
"Duo is a development of exclusive apartments perfect for first-time buyers, starter families and young professionals alike," said Lesley Myers, Redrow sales manager.
"The location certainly is a selling point with the development being close to all local amenities [...] but is set within its own grounds meaning buyers are getting the best of both worlds."
Residents of Duo will be well served in terms of shops, transport and employment. Not only will homeowners be a short distance from Horwich and Bolton town centre, they would be close to Bury, Salford, Wigan, Trafford and Manchester.
