Persimmon Homes has opened two new developments in Bristol in a bid to meet demand from househunters in the region.

The Petherton Dean site on the southern outskirts of the city and the @ The Trym development have both been unveiled in response to people searching for a conventional family home located within a desirable location.

@ The Trym features a number of well-designed semi-detached and detached homes, which come with a generously sized garden and off-road parking.

As well as this, the M5, M4 and M32 are all nearby, while quiet country lanes, countryside, valleys and woods are all in the local area, offering spectacular views and a relaxing atmosphere.

On the other hand, Petherton Dean boasts executive-style three and four bedroom detached family homes. These are situated between the open countryside and Bristol city centre, where there is a variety of waterfront bars, shops and cafes.

Nicola Reed, sales and marketing director for Persimmon Homes Severn Valley, said: "We’ve had lots of interest from prospective buyers who want good quality new build accommodation.

"To meet this demand, we’ve built a range of three and four bedroom properties that offer something unique and special that you won’t find from any other housebuilder."

Ms Reed went on to say that the NewBuy and Part Exchange offers are both available on selected plots and can merge to give buyers who already have a home the chance to move with just a five per cent deposit.

"NewBuy is a great mortgage product that removes the obstacle of a large deposit, making it ideal for those with limited equity in their existing property.

Couple this with our Part Exchange service and we can ensure the smooth running of any move with our hassle free approach," she explained.

Ms Reed continued by saying that Petherton Dean and @ The Trym are proving "extremely attractive" to buyers in the Bristol area, adding that interested parties should see one of the developer's sales consultants.ADNFCR-1100-ID-801528253-ADNFCR
