The Potteries in the East Lothian town of Prestonpans, Scotland, is attracting a lot of attention form interested parties, according to housebuilder Redrow.
Prices start at £135,995 and all properties feature two bathrooms and a fully-fitted kitchen that is complete with stainless steel oven, hob and extractor fan.
The Potteries is a 15-minute drive from Edinburgh city centre and will eventually comprise 75 two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom townhouses, three-bedroom terraced properties and four bedroom homes.
"It really is in the ideal location and there has already been a lot of interest," said Diana Newton, sales director for Redrow Homes.
She added: "The apartments in particular have had a great response from people and we have had home hunters from Edinburgh looking to secure property just outside of the city."
The Potteries, which is located on Edinburgh Road, is Redrow's only East Lothian development at present.
