Barratt Homes' Nightingale Rise development in Swindon has received a whirlwind of activity recently with buyers looking to secure a new home at the development.

Sales director Andrea Pilgrim said sales at the development are ahead of the national average - testament to the quality, location and choice of homes available.

"Since the release of the latest phase of homes we've seen remarkable interest at Nightingale Rise - homes have been flying off the shelves.

"I think homebuyers have picked up on what great value for money they can get here - our one bedroom carriage house is just £86,995, two bedroom homes start at £138,995 and we also have three and four bedroom homes available,'' said Andrea.

"We've seen a lot of young families looking to set up home here and just as many people looking for more space. Many have been surprised at what they can afford at Nightingale Rise.

Nightingale Rise is situated in a residential area of Swindon, and is close to all of the amenities the town has to offer, including popular shops, bars and restaurants. Swindon train station is also close by with frequent journeys to Bristol, Reading and London Paddington.

For more details of current availability visit the sales office, open daily from 11am to 6pm.
