The UK's leading retirement property developer, McCarthy & Stone, is holding a special Launch Event to offer anyone over the age of 60 the opportunity to find out more about its forthcoming Later Living development in Ellesmere, Jebb Court.

With construction already well underway at the site on Dairy Grove, off Wharf Road, McCarthy & Stone is inviting interested parties to attend an event taking place on Thursday 7th March at Ellesmere Town Hall on Willow Street.

At 11am and 2pm, visitors will be able to hear all about the plans for the new development ahead of its completion in May, as well as find out about the many benefits of Later Living. Visitors will also be able to speak to a dedicated team of professional advisors about the properties and lifestyle on offer.

Interested parties can find out about McCarthy & Stone's Moving Experience package, where the purchaser can have the cost of estate agent and solicitors' fees covered by the retirement developer. And, in order to help with the day of the move, a free de-cluttering and removal service can be arranged, which includes packing and unpacking belongings.

Gill Sabin, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for McCarthy & Stone, explained: "We understand that the decision to move in later life can be a difficult one, not only for purchasers themselves, but also for their families. At McCarthy & Stone, we aim to make the buying process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

"By attending our event at Ellesmere Town Hall, visitors will be able to meet with our advisors and discuss the options available to help making moving a reality. It will also provide a great opportunity for guests to take a look at what life at Ellesmere could be like, and we urge anyone interested to pop along and see us on the day."

Each of the 47 privately owned properties at Jebb Court will be fully wheelchair accessible throughout and will offer a secure and low maintenance living environment.

All will come complete with a light and airy open plan lounge and dining room, adjoining a well appointed kitchen comprising modern fitted units, a built in oven and hob plus a fridge freezer.

Resident's will also be able to benefit from a shared lounge and maintained landscaped gardens. And, as well as the neighbourly company of other like-minded retirees, staff will be on site 24 hours a day to keep an eye on things and help when needed.
