Taylor Wimpey Southern Counties is preparing to launch Phase III at its Alver Village development in Gosport, which is being released ahead of schedule due to overwhelming demand.
Following the previous success of sales at the development, the new phase will be launched later this month to meet the demand in the area. The award winning house builder expects the release of these new homes to drive market confidence due to their anticipated popularity.
