A date has been set for the long anticipated launch of Thomas Court, McCarthy & Stone's new Assisted Living development in Cardiff. The exciting new concept will be launched to the public on Wednesday 20th March at the All Nations Centre on Sachville Avenue in Cardiff.

Two separate presentations will take place at 11am and 2pm, and will be the first opportunity for people to find out comprehensive details about the development, which is the first of its kind in South Wales, as well as pricing information.

Visitors at the event will be able to speak to McCarthy & Stone's experienced sales team, preview the plans for the development and ask any questions they may have about the new apartments.

Aileen King, regional sales and marketing director for McCarthy & Stone, explains: "We are delighted to be launching Thomas Court and bringing an exciting new offering to Cardiff. The launch event on the 20th March is designed to help potential purchasers and their families learn more about the benefits of Assisted Living and how we can help get them moving.

"We will be offering visitors on the day the opportunity to take advantage of our fantastic Moving Experience scheme, which will see purchasers' estate agent and solicitor fees all paid for by McCarthy & Stone as well as use of our free decluttering and removals service."

Each of the 58 properties at Cardiff will be fully wheelchair accessible throughout and will offer a secure and low maintenance living environment.

All will come complete with a light and airy open plan lounge and dining room, adjoining a well appointed kitchen comprising modern fitted units, a built in oven and hob plus a fridge freezer. There will also be electrically operated windows for ease of use.

Resident's will also be able to benefit from a shared lounge, maintained landscaped gardens and enjoy a hot meal 365 days of the year at the development's waitress service restaurant. And, as well as the neighbourly company of other like-minded retirees, staff will be on site 24 hours a day to keep an eye on things and help when needed.
