Housebuilder George Wimpey has unveiled two showhomes at its new Garioch Gate development in Inverurie, near Aberdeen.
The showhomes have been designed so that prospective homebuyers can easily re-create the decor in their own property.
George Wimpey harnessed the talents of an Aberdeen interior designer so that buyers can access the same wall coverings and fabrics used in the showhomes.
Sales director Kathleen Bruno said: "Both showhomes are wearing some stunning wall coverings, responding to the interiors trend back to using wallpaper.
"If there are any of the amazing wallpapers or fabrics we've used that customers really love, then Kate Lumsden from Alexander's can arrange everything for them."
The development comprises 61 family homes near the banks of the River Ury and prices on a three-bedroom detached property start from £270,000.
In August, Ms Bruno said that George Wimpey had been "overwhelmed" by the demand for three, four and five-bedroom detached homes at Garioch Gate.
