New stone-built apartments in Rochdale have been described as perfect for first-time buyers and young professionals.
Redrow has unveiled new semi-rural flats in the north Manchester borough, with prices starting at £145,995.
The Naden Mill development comprises two-bedroom apartments and three and four-bedroom homes.
