Showhomes in Kent are being unveiled this Easter to give homebuyers a taste of what the Aldington Meadow development will be like.
Built by Bellway, the two-bedroom and three-bedroom showhomes on New Road Hill in the rural village of Aldington will be available to view from March 22nd.
When completed, Aldington Meadow will consist of 70 homes, ranging from two-bedroom to five-bedroom properties.
Bellway sales director Lyn Neale said: "We are delighted to have launched this development in Aldington.
"The two showhomes will bring to life the style, luxury and excellence of these homes. The development has homes to suit all types of buyers."
Aldington is situated on a hilltop above Romney Marsh and homebuyers will be able to look out towards Lympne and Dungeness.
London's Victoria and Charing Cross railway stations and the M20 are all easily accessible, which makes the development suitable for commuters.
Prices start at £234,000 for a two-bedroom terraced house with single garage.
