Homebuyers are being told they can enjoy household gifts worth £1,000 worth if they choose a brand new home from Redrow.
The £1,000 Indulge voucher can be downloaded from Redrow's website where participating developments throughout the country can also be viewed.
Homeseekers should print out the £1,000 voucher and take it to the development of their choice and hand it over to the sales consultant.
Buyers can choose from integrated appliances, granite worktops, ceramic flooring, a fireplace or even luxury carpets.
Simon Bennett, Redrow's group marketing director, says: "We think people are fed up of hearing only doom and gloom about the housing market.
"Circumstances may be a bit more challenging but there are still people out there who need or want to move and we are doing our best to help them in every way possible."
The offer is available on reservations up to and including Sunday May 25th 2008.
