New homes in the historic city of York are now available at pre-showhome prices for a limited time.

Built by Barratt, The Mile comprises three and four-bedroom homes that range between £232,995 and £289,995.

Moreover, a selection of incentives – such as free carpets, one per cent stamp duty paid and 100 per cent part exchange – are also available on some homes.

Barratt sales director Paul Hogan said: "The Mile is a popular site in a popular location and we are offering incentives for a limited time only and are keen to see buyers benefit from the great deals on offer."

The showhome at The Mile will open this summer and would-be buyers are being urged to act quickly to take advantage of the incentives and prices.

Homebuyers who need to commute will be pleased to know that The Mile is within a short distance of York ring road, as well as the A1237, A59, A64.
