Gladedale has announced a sales and financial advice weekend at its new Zest development in Wrexham.

Taking place on July 12th and 13th, the weekend will allow prospective homebuyers to talk with an independent financial adviser.

The aim of the weekend is to help those who are finding it difficult to buy new homes or who may have been affected by the credit crunch.

Michaela Lancaster, sales director at Gladedale, said: "We would like to invite anyone who is either considering buying a new home, or is maybe experiencing difficulty in their search for a home.

"Whatever your situation, we would be delighted to help you."

Zest comprises more than 30 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, with prices starting at £147,500.

Gladedale's Purchase Plus scheme is also available at Zest and this allows homebuyers to pay 75 per cent of the house price, with the remaining 25 per cent turned into an interest-free loan.
