Berkeley Homes will soon open a second show apartment at its Horizon development in Rustington, West Sussex.

Described as an Art Deco-styled collection of 29 beachfront apartments, two and three-bedroom properties are available from £295,000. Prices are correct at time of publication.

Upper floor apartments boast curved glass and steel balconies, while those on the ground floor have private terraces.

All apartments benefit from under-floor heating, which is fed by a gas-fired hot water system.

The Art Deco style reflects elegance which is both practical and modern, said a spokesperson for Berkeley.

"The apartments feature graceful curves, soft cream render and convex curved glass balconies - the very distillation of the aesthetic Art Deco movement of the 20s and 30s."

Local amenities and the sea are within walking distance, while Brighton, Chichester, Arundel and Littlehampton are all also easily accessible.
