Homebuyers in London are being urged to check out Bryant Homes' Grand Union Village development before the remaining homes are sold.

According to the housebuilder, only a "handful" of one and two-bedroom apartments are available to buy in the latest phase of the development.

Starting at £164,950 (correct at time of publication), many of the homes feature en-suite facilities and terraced views over the Grand Union Canal.

There is more than 20 acres of public open space, playing fields and play areas for children.

"Footpaths, bridges and cycleways afford the area a relaxed pace of life, while the new marina at Grand Union Village offers local shops and places to eat," said a spokesperson for the homebuilder.

Grand Union Village is located on Broadmead Road, off Ruislip Road in the Northolt area of west London.

Commuters will be pleased to know that central London and Heathrow Airport are less than ten miles away from Grand Union Village.
