Berkshire's Loddon Court now has two show homes available for viewing to potential buyers.

The development, which has been built by George Wimpey in the village of Shinfield, comprises a selection of three and four-bedroom homes, with one of each now on show.

Prices for the three-bedroom Worleston property, which as been described by the homebuilder as "an ideal home for couples and families", start at £295,000, while the larger four-bedroom Fernlea home is available from £460,000.

According to George Wimpey, all houses in the Loddon Court development include gas central heating, a fitted kitchen and double glazing.

Customers wishing to purchase a property can take advantage of the easymover programme, which offers financial incentives on selected properties.

Show homes at Redrow's Woodlands Grange site on the Wirral are now also available for viewing. The houses have been fully furnished in order to give prospective buyers an idea of the properties' potential.ADNFCR-1100-ID-18792292-ADNFCR
