A Falkirk estate agent has chosen the Lockkeepers Wynd development as the site of her new home.

Claire Lowe, who works for Alexander Taylor, decided on a three-bedroom home at the Redrow site after having first-hand experience with various property developers in her career.

"I was already aware that Redrow had a consistently good standard," she said. "The workmanship between one housebuilder and another can vary enormously and Redrow's is definitely one of the best."

A number of two-bedroom apartments are currently available at Lockkeepers Wynd, with prices starting at £119,995.

According to the developer, the site's location offers "excellent commuter links", with Glasgow and Edinburgh approximately 30 minutes away by car.

One three-bedroom home is also still on the market at the canal-side development, with a £165,995 price tag.

Those searching for a new home in Merseyside could be interested in another Redrow development in Bromborough, on the Wirral. Prices for a three-bedroom property on the site start at £199,950.ADNFCR-1100-ID-18794441-ADNFCR
