A range of apartments are now available in Milton Keynes for buyers who are looking to get onto the property ladder.
The Campbell Square site features a variety of one and two-bedroom apartments, with a starting price of £172,500.
Builder George Wimpey has described the development as a "gem" for first-time buyers and young couples.
"Apartments come with an extensive range of eco-friendly features including solar panels for water heating to selected plots," added George Wimpey sales and marketing manager Martin Edgecombe.
Some properties also include features such as balconies, private interior hallways and fitted kitchens.
Four-bedroom townhouses are also on offer at the development, which is located a "stone's throw" from the town's shopping centre and restaurants.
Further north, builder Bryant Homes has a range of apartments on offer at its Priory Crescent site in the Lenton area of Nottingham, with prices starting at £99,995.
