Movers in the West Midlands who are struggling to find a buyer for their current property may wish to consider taking advantage of a new offer from Barratt Homes.
The builder is offering its part exchange scheme at its Clover Mead and Monarch Fields developments in Telford, allowing potential buyers to sell their home to the developer in order to move in to a new property.
As well as the offer, Barratt is also giving buyers up to £1,000 per month towards mortgage payments until January 2010.
Clover Mead features a choice of three, four and five-bedroom houses with prices starting at £186,000, while three and four-bedroom properties are available at the Monarch Fields site from £215,400.
Barratt sales director David Child said the offer takes the "uncertainty" out of moving.
"We effectively buy your old home for cash, enabling you to relax without the worry and cost of selling a property," he added.
Buyers in Buckinghamshire may wish to consider purchasing an apartment in Milton Keynes, with builder George Wimpey offering apartments from £172,500 at its Campbell Square site.
