Homes at a new development in Berkshire are to be available at "extraordinary" prices during a one-day sales event.
The Beaufort Grange site in Shinfield will be hosting the event, which is taking place on Sunday October 5th.
And properties in the offer include a four-bedroom Ashley home - which features a cloakroom, internal garage and French doors leading to the rear garden - priced at £250,000.
Homebuilder Laing has labelled the offer 'change your life' and states that the special prices will be in place for one day only.

"We will be open for business at the marketing suite from 11am sharp and buyers should register their interest now," she added.
A similar offer is also taking place on the same day in Basingstoke, where George Wimpey will be selling properties from £109,995 at its Marnel Park and Bramley Green developments.
