Homebuyers searching for an apartment in Bedfordshire may wish to consider a new development in Leighton Buzzard.

Builder Redrow has stated that properties at its Redrow at The Wharf site have been popular recently, with 16 apartments being sold in the last two months.

The two-bedroom apartments at the site are priced at £145,995, with potential purchasers being able to commute to Milton Keynes in 20 minutes and London Euston in under an hour.

Area sales manager for Redrow Homes Tonia Tyler said the number of sales is a "testament to the quality" of the properties.

"The apartments are ideal for a range of buyers … with two good sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious open plan kitchen and living area and a balcony," she added.
