A range of new homes in Ipswich offer a solution for all types of buyers, the developer has stated.

Redrow Homes has announced that its Bramford Gardens development is open, offering two, three or four-bedroom properties.

And with prices ranging between under £100,000 to just over £200,000, the firm believes they are suitable for first-time buyers as well as families.

Area sales manager for the Redrow's eastern division Beryl Williams remarked: "It's all about providing the right property, in the right location at the right price and that's exactly what we can offer at our latest Redrow venture to be launched in Suffolk."

The company also provides a range of incentives, including the payment of stamp duty and legal fees.

Earlier this week Redrow revealed that its Imperial Heights development in Jennett's Park, Bracknell had seen properties selling fast, describing it as "very popular".
