First Time Buyer Initiative - Crest Nicholson
Allows first time buyers who cannot afford to buy a home outright, to purchase a new home through an affordable mortgage and with Government assistance. This facilitates 100% Ownership and is not part rent or affordable housing. It offers an affordable mortgage (minimum 50% of the total purchase price) with Government assistance - Government is then entitled to a share of the property’s future sale price.

Homes Available With A Mortgage Of Just £47,998 - Explore Living Explore Living has joined forces with the Government appointed MyChoice HomeBuy agents for Essex, Kent, Sussex and Surrey, to offer low cost homes to those who can’t afford to buy a home outright.
Through the scheme, Explore Living is able to provide a range of homes with low mortgages from just £47,998
The MyChoice HomeBuy scheme is a new Government initiative whereby the Housing Association can offer a low cost loan of between 15% to 50% of the property value, up to £250,000. The home owner is then charged a low monthly interest rate on the loan provided by the Housing Association and it means the owner has less to borrow in the form of a mortgage, making the tricky business of funding the purchase much easier.
*Offers are available on selected developments plots only and are subject to availability, terms and conditions may apply.
