Scottish buyers looking to move into a new home may be tempted by the Garncroft Wynd development in Glenboig.
And housebuilder Redrow is looking to attract buyers to the site - which features three and four-bedroom detached properties - with a variety of financial incentives.
Help with buying fees, removal costs and deposits is available from Redrow, as well as the possibility to part-exchange the buyer's current home to enable them to move in more quickly.
The development is located in a semi-rural setting close to Glasgow city centre and has properties available from £174,995.
"Our new homes come complete with a high specification, including quality fixtures and fittings, modern kitchens and bathrooms, central heating, double glazing and no need for costly renovation," sales director for Redrow Homes Scotland Diana Newton remarked.
The company has similar offers in place in Wales, with a part-exchange offer in place at its Glyn Coediog development in south Wales.
