Buyers looking to take advantage of the current low prices on new-build properties may wish to look into the variety of housing developments on offer from Redrow Homes.

The homebuilder currently has two, three and four-bedroom properties available at its Fox's Fold site in Barton upon Humber, Lincolnshire, where prices vary between £114,995 and £169,995.

According to sales director Patsy Aicken, the current low prices and financial incentives available have created a "buyer's market".

"It's a time of opportunity for homebuyers to take advantage of some attractive deals that are currently available," she explained.

And buying a new property could also help homeowners cut living costs in the long-term, with Ms Aicken noting that up to £556 per year in gas and electricity bills can be saved by making such a move.

The company also has properties on offer in Scotland, with its Garncroft Wynd development in Glenboig featuring homes starting at £174,995.ADNFCR-1100-ID-18854223-ADNFCR
