Kebbell Homes has announced that there are just four properties remaining at its development in Hampshire.

One five-bedroom house is still for sale at Chilgrove, in the Moggs Mead area of Petersfield.

And three of the two-bedroom apartments remain, with prices starting at £299,950.

Residents can benefit from a private sports and leisure centre, facilities at which include squash courts and a heated swimming pool.
