Property buyers looking for a green home may wish to consider making a purchase from Miller Homes after the company was voted one of the top three in the country for addressing climate change issues.
According to the recent NextGeneration report, the company is one of many house builders developing policies to help meet government targets regarding energy-efficient and sustainable housing.
One site where the developer is offering new, 'green' homes can be found in Great Barford, Bedfordshire, where three and four-bedroom homes are on sale.
National director of sales and marketing for Miller Sue Warwick explained that climate change is a "key priority" for the company.
"We wanted to become one of the companies which leads on action to combat the harmful carbon emissions produced in the home, so this recognition
is very positive news," she remarked.
Further north, Miller has properties for sale in the Windle area of St Helens, where a part exchange offer is also in place for customer struggling to sell their current home.
