The final homes available at a development near Derby have been described as ideal for first-time buyers.
Redrow Homes has two properties left at the Debut site, located off Welland Road in Hilton.
The homes have been designed to be sustainable, with low fuel bills and water consumption.
And buyers will pay for all services through one monthly bill - covering energy, water, buildings insurance and even window cleaning.
Area sales manager for Redrow Homes Catherine Cloke noted that this "makes budgeting easier and helps smooth the transition from renting or living with parents".
The homes can be bought for an initial outlay of £50,000 under the firm's deferred payment scheme, with the balance of £16,000 due up to ten years later.
Last month Redrow Homes announced that the same scheme would be available at its Optima site in Edinburgh, in a bid to help first-time buyers enter the market.
