A new website aimed at those interested in purchasing property in Spain has been launched by an estate agent based in the country.

Andalucian Dream Homes has launched the portal - which focuses on property in the Costa del Sol - so that overseas buyer can keep up-to-date with the availability and pricing of homes in the area.

Commenting on the move, Adam Goodwin of the firm stated that the company is "100 per cent committed to the future of the Costa del Sol".

He explained that the current market offers some "stunning bargains" for those thinking of buying a Costa del Sol property, with the new website featuring "hundreds" of homes currently on the market.

Comments made by Nigel Salmon, managing director of Girasol Homes, support Mr Goodwin's view of the Spanish property market.
