Property buyers looking to move into a new home before Christmas may be tempted by the "huge discounts" in place at a property development in Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire.
Savings can be made on two five-bedroom properties at Miller Homes' Ashtree Park site, with the Langley style property available for £199,995.
The three-floor home, which features a master bedroom with en-suite as well as a "light and airy" lounge, can be purchased using the developer's Housebuyers scheme, which allows customers to trade in their existing home, removing the stress of trying to sell their property.
Jan Hanaby of Miller explained that sales at Ashtree Park have been brisk, urging potential buyers to visit the sales centre and show homes if they want to "begin the New Year in luxury".
Those looking for a five-bedroom property elsewhere in the country may be tempted by a home at Bryant Homes' Charter Place development, where such a property can be purchased for £395,000.
