Families who pay a visit to a new property development in Cippenham could receive a festive treat in the form of a small gift from Santa.

Father Christmas will be handing out presents to children at Barratt Thames Valley's College Green site, with festive refreshments also available to those looking at homes in the development.

Two, three and four-bedroom properties are available at College Green, which, according to the developer, is part of an "eco-friendly sustainable scheme", using a network of foot and cycle paths to link the homes to local shops and amenities.

Prices for a two-bedroom home at College Green begin at £210,000, while three and four-bedroom houses start at £285,000 and £385,000 respectively.
