A house builder has chosen show homes at a property development in Bristol to unveil its new range of fixtures and fittings.
Redrow's Cheswick site features two properties fitted with the new specification, which includes "fabulous" contemporary kitchens and "sleek" bathroom suites.
Barry Stiles of Redrow Homes remarked that the new designs will put the developer "ahead of the competition", adding that a lot of time and money has been invested in finalising the specifications.
The development - which is located in Filton - consists of several small 'villages' featuring environmentally-friendly homes and amenities such as shops and restaurants.
Tallsticks is the first of these villages to open and buyers considering a home at the site will be able to choose from one and two-bedroom apartments or three and four-bedroom houses, with prices ranging from £114,995 to £274,950.
Buyers interested in purchasing a former show home may wish to note that George Wimpey has put a three-bedroom ex-demonstration property in the market at its Eliot Court development near Nuneaton.
